Resolved - Stripe have now resolved the issue on their end.

Monitoring - We are currently experiencing issues with subscription management on Forge (new subscriptions, plan changes, and cancellations). This is due to an ongoing incident with our payment provider, Stripe, which is returning errors across multiple services. We are monitoring their status and will provide updates as they become available.
